Adjudication is a fast and cost-effective method for resolving construction disputes. It allows parties to obtain a binding and enforceable decision within 35 days, all while the construction project is still ongoing. The adjudicator’s decision is enforceable as though it were a court order. However, if either party is dissatisfied with the outcome, they can pursue arbitration or litigation for a full hearing at a later date.
